After his non-success with the shot for shot remake of Psycho, hot young turk director, Gus Van Sant is going to turn to the milieu of television, with a shot for shot remake of Happy Days. The post-modernist, retro-chic outing will feature Henry Winkler as Tom Bosley, Tom Bosley as Arthur Fonzarelli, and Jennifer Love Hewitt as Potsy Webber. In the event of poor ratings, Gus Van Sant will be offered up to Pagan gods and his remains will be eaten by Network officials.
