In a recent 6 to 3 decision, the US Supreme Court affirmed that antisocial behaviour must be accepted from persons who establish, to the satisfaction of the trial courts, that they are conscientiously opposed to society in any form. The objection may stem either from strong religious conviction, or from the desire and expectation of a profit.
