In order to avoid being bopped on the nose by a comedy boxing glove popping out of your monitor when your computer crashes, go to the Windows Control Panel, select 'Display', and ensure that the 'Turn Off Comedy Boxing Glove' checkbox is ticked. This functionality is not currently available under Mac OS or Linux.
