Keyboard manufacturers have unilaterally implemented a keystroke tax, whereby one in every 10000 keystrokes is intercepted and stored in a large warehouse in New Malden. Therefore the presence of missing characters in documents is NOT due to poor typing technique as was previously thought to be the case.
