South American tribes have been known to breed a type of guinea pig designed especially for hunting. The guinea pigs have extra long hair and are thrown at animals such as jaguars and anacondas. The hairs are indigestible and cause hairballs that can reach up to 12 metres in size, causing the prey to choke and allowing the tribesmen an easy catch.
