'Cloudbusters', people with the mental ability to shape clouds, were used in World War II to reshape the clouds over Germany to write giant anti-German propaganda messages and to create giant phallus-shaped objects. The idea was to make the sky so embarrassing to look up at that English bombers would be able to fly over German airspace with little resistance from red-cheeked ack-ack gun crews.
