Mick Jagger was actually born without lips, but uses two Polish sausages in place of actual lips. Concert footage from a 1978 show in Stockholm confirms this, as a starving Mick Jagger can be seen literally biting his lip, and appears to be "bleeding" mustard after each bite. His "lips" almost vanished, but were seen to be of their normal size at the Stones' following concert in Oslo.
