Every employee of Tokyo Disneyland must not only be fluent in both english and japanese, but must also be able to complete a mile run in under five minutes. This requirement is the result of corporate one-upsmanship against the competing Osaka Legoland, which only requires that their employees finish the mile in fewer than seven.
