Recently uncovered ancient scrolls, dating back to Norman times suggest that one of the ancient laws of the Normans was that all men had to be called Norman. All the women had to called Norma. Anyone who displayed any name deemed 'un-Norman-like' was tied up to a device referred to as a 'Normanapault' and slungshot over the town walls.
