It is well known that 68% of all pasta varieties are dimensionally indeterminate. It is less well known that of the remaining 32%, spaghetti and its varieties (12%) are one-dimensional, lasagne and similar (9%) are two-dimensional, while the rest (11%) only exist in four or more dimensions. Gastrophysicists are still trying to determine how they get digested by a purely three-dimensional stomach.
