Although most earthquakes are caused by seismic activity, a Mrs. Irma B. Warp, of Wichita, Kansas, has discovered a method of causing earthquakes anywhere in the Tokyo area - from her home - by using a food blender, a telephone, and a large piece of red card. The method, however, is yet in its early stages of development, and so will only work on the ninth Tuesday of every month.
