Timothy Leary's last words were not, "Uh, Yeah," as reported in the press. Instead, Mister Leary held forth for a full ten minutes about the hallucinatory properties of the common kidney bean. When one of the nurses attending Leary pointed out that this knowledge was perhaps itself an hallucination, Leary died instantly of shock.
