Claire Sweeney, of Brookside fame, once pitched an idea to Channel 5 for a show entitled "Sweeney, Todd imPalin". The idea centered around Claire and, the former Alaskan governor Sarah Palin's husband, Todd Palin, competing in a jousting tournament on each of the Orkney Isles. Channel 5 decided the budget costs were too high.
