River dance was thus named due to the fact of the excessive practice regime inflicted upon the cast by that Flatterley bloke. Flatterley refused to let any of the cast go to the toilet whilst they jigged merrily around for hours on end. Many of the cast ended up with weak bladders and would often piss themselves on stage and thus River dance got its name. And thats a true story that is :)
