Yodas sister Yodel was not, in fact, a member of the Jedi council she was a shameless prostitute. Yoda hid this by brainwashing the Jedi council and temple that she had served there and died bravely. This got out well after his death, when Yodel, figuring that she would go to the Jedi temple, was commended and asked why she had not returned. She had no recollection of seeing any of these people, and died of insanity the next day.
