It is a
common
misconception
that
polar
bears
evolved
their
white
coats
as a
camouflage
mechanism
in the
snow
. In
reality
it is
due
to the
particularly
high
concentration
of
bleach
in the
arctic
sea
which is a
cause
of the
extreme
hygiene
standards
of the
Eskimo
.
