The Conservative Party are appealing for a gesture of honesty from a member of the public who broke into the Party's headquarters and stole their entire New York Doll's, Ramones, Butthole Surfers, Joy Division, Sonic Youth, 13 Floor Elevators, the Meekons and George Clinton vinyl collection.
